CIP Snapshot

A point-in-time copy of the City's Capital Improvement Plan, identified by the planning window it covers (for example, FY 2025-30 Adopted or FY 2026-31 Proposed).
The City publishes a new 5-year Capital Improvement Plan each year. The budget tool stores each plan as a snapshot in the database so that residents and commissioners can compare what one plan said against what the next plan says. Snapshots are not changed after they are loaded; they represent the official published plan as of the date the OpenGov detail export was downloaded.

The FY 2025-30 Adopted snapshot was published June 24, 2025; the FY 2026-31 Proposed snapshot was published May 22, 2026.
